> "Eton Riverside is a relatively new (completed in 2000) prestigious residential development on the banks of the River Thames directly overlooking Windsor Castle. It had to be sympathetically designed and built to blend in with the local environment and as such presented all manner of complications, mainly relating to access, for painters refurbishing the exterior white woodwork. The project also presented difficulties in respect of internal redecoration of the common areas with the building being an occupied environment with high quality furnishings which demanded a lot from the contractors.

The key element has been the co-operation and teamwork shown by all the professional team at Rainbow Painting Contractors particularly their liaising with the scaffolders at an early stage which certainly helped us deliver on time and on budget. They were well organised, communicated well and were proactive in terms of coming up with solutions. As mentioned, the complexities of the work generated many problems so we were very impressed that the team managed to keep their target goals in these circumstances.
